We ask that all recepients of a Reform On Campus Grant complete our Post-Event Evaluation Form.  Completing and submitting this form by the end of the semester in which the program occured is an integral condition for receiving the grant.  Failure to submit an evaluation may effect future eligibility.

Evaluations will be due 4 weeks after the program takes place.  The specific date on which your evaluation is due is listed in your award letter.  If you complete a program during fall of 2008, your evaluation MUST be submitted by January 1st, 2009.  If you complete a program during spring of 20098, your evaluation MUST be submitted by June 1st, 2009.  Please email your evaluation to the KESHER office at KESHER@urj.org.
